Fight cancer

 

 

 

 
  Soon you (hopefully) can read on these pages what causes cancer and how cancer can be prevented.

 

Prevention: it seems a daily intake of a very low dosage of Aspirin (100mg or even less) may prevent (not cure!) certain kinds (if not all) of cancer. This is indicated by studies to people taking blood thinning drugs on a daily basis. In any case, you should talk to your doctor first, because Aspirin can have serious side effects.

 

 

But I can't make any hope to actually concerned people. Cancer  is a very protracted process in which that what medicine today calls Cancer is only the very last stage.

 

 

Since I'm not fully recovered - allthough it's getting better everyday - and I don't want to give any false hopes, only these advices:

you should follow everything todays nutrition experts tell (5 or 6 times a day fruits or legumes) plus these tips:

NO SUGAR!  Absolutely no  artificial vitamins ! The sole exception is Vitamin D.

The old british proverb knew already the secret of health:

An apple a day keeps the doctor away.(old sorts of apples like Boskoop)

So you should take the advice of todays nutrition experts very seriously: six times a day vegetables or fruits!

NO FAT! (if you can, no meat at all. Especially no pig/pork.)

Every form of sport or gym you're able to.

 

 

 

These may help, but they are very, very faint:

  • avoid sugar (as completely as you can, also carbohydrates, (products made of) white flour ... sugar is everywhere in 'ready made meal' or in spice mixtures, even in stevia products!)
  •  Good curry-mixtures are pure medicine. Pepper/chili boost the power of turmeric powder.
  • All sorts of gym: cycling, walking, running, gym, in-house-gym, jogging
  • Aspirin in very low dosage (100mg and less)
  • Broccoli-seed, broccoli and cauliflower. But all sorts of cabbage have a positive effect
  • Virgin coconut oil !!! (no chemically treated/hardened coconut oil, which is harmfull)
  • Green tea. 4 cups a day
  • No artificial vitamins. But all sorts of legumes or fruits
  • Humulus and resveratrol together with quercetin(apples,onions,garlic)
  • Omega3    (fish oil).
  • Olive oil , linseed oil ,avocados
  • Nuts (nearly all sorts of nuts)
  • Linseed
  • Chili , in combination with turmeric powder, ginger
  • Garlic, onions
  • Shitake (not sure)
  • Tea tree oil, virgin mint oil
  • no fat (animal fat)
  • Seeds (lot of experience necessary)
  • No alcohol

 

 

In the case of resveratrol I'm by now no more so sure in my negative judgement..)
